My wife and I come to your restaurant very often approximately 2 times a mont and we have had a couple of problems but nothing compaired to everyone complaining, first I took my entire family over, 5 people, everyone was happy with all but I mentioned to my wife the prime rib was a little tough, she called and spoke with the manager and he gracefully made good for my meal, we tell all our friends about your restaurant and so far no complaints, we know it gets very busy at dinner at times, but please try to give all a break no restaurant, or any other business is perfect, if anyone is looking for perfection please stay home.!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch around 2pm, very busy. Wait was about 45 min. We found a couple seats at the bar with Rachael. She recommended the soup which was delicious and very satisfying. The whole restaurant was beautiful decorated .

The afternoon tea was delightful! We really enjoyed choosing our tea, enjoying the treats and indulging in their famous salad bar. The traditional clotted cream for our scones was a nice touch. Service was quick and friendly. The tavern is beautiful and decorated nicely for the holidays. Would recommend to a friend!

Hello, they do a good job, very elegant surroundings. We had, prime rib, baked stuffed shrimp, lobster Newberg....it was all cooked to perfection! The waitstaff is very personable, professional. It's a good time!

Hadn't been since the fire of '12, went often previously to that so the entire place was new to us, impressive. Fireplace to enjoy while waiting for everyone to arrive. Nice! And for 2:00 on a Sat. afternoon, lots of fellow diners. I had chicken piccata, excellent tho next time, I'll ask to go easier on the capers, too salty. Son & girlfriend had appetizing looking sandwiches. Server, Dylan, charming young man, right on the ball. Also, not to be overlooked, the soup of the day, cabbage. Best soup I've had in a while. Meant to bring home a qt, forgot. Next time. So glad we went, will be back & would recommend. Prices pretty much in line w. most restaurants these days.

The Gristmill has one of the most serene dining locations in the area. Sitting outside by the pond is very relaxing and lovely to look at. Our server Jason was terrific. His menu recommendations were spot on. Friends had the filet mignon and I had the chicken from the chicken piccata which was great. The basket of homemade cinnamon bread is always a joy. Looking forward to coming back.

My friend and I went to the Grist Mill to celebrate our 30th year of friendship. This restaurant does not disappoint! We started with drinks, the salad bar and their famous cinnamon and corn bread basket. I absolutely love the meatloaf dinner and it was delicious as usual. My friend ordered the baked stuffed sole special which she also really enjoyed. The portion was big enough to take more than half home. The waitress was super attentive and friendly including offering my friend some more cinnamon bread in a to go bag to go with her leftovers. On top of this great meal, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the waterfall and pond. I highly recommend the Old Grist Mill for any occasion.

I absolutely love this place, it's so cozy from when you first walk in. Our server was Dillon last night and he was very friendly and attentive to our needs. It's lobster fest so the menu was loaded with options. Great pricing too, $25 for two steamed twin lobsters! I will recommend this place time and time again!!

Haven't been here in a while. I've always loved their salad bar, fresh veggies, great selections, delicious pasta, three bean, etc style choices also. Of course the cinnamon and the corn bread are moist and flavorful. Ordered a orange mango margarita that was so refreshing, tart yet sweet! Loved it! The fish and chips-the batter was light, crisp and not too much batter. Perfect ratio of fish to batter. Fish was cooked perfectly and steaming hot! The fries were weirdly interesting...a cross between homemade chips and steak fries. Thinly sliced and crisp. I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw to me it had zero flavor and just wasn't cold enough. Loved everything else though and I'd definitely return to eat here again.
